Terms and Conditions – Agrahari Travels

Welcome to Agrahari Travels! By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
  • Payments can be made online via secure payment gateways or offline through bank transfers.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the cancellation policy:
    • 30+ days before departure: 75% refund (excluding deposit).
    • 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund.
    • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused services.

3. Travel Documents

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid ID proofs, permits, and other required documents.
  • Agrahari Travels is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

4. Changes to Itinerary

  • Agrahari Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, or government regulations.
  • Any additional costs incurred due to changes will be borne by the traveler.

5. Liability and Responsibility

  • Agrahari Travels acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport, etc.).
  • We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party service providers.
  • Travelers are advised to purchase travel insurance for additional coverage.

6. Health and Safety

  • Travelers must inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.
  • Agrahari Travels is not responsible for any health issues arising during the trip.

7. Force Majeure

  • Agrahari Travels is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information provided by travelers will be used solely for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi.

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking with Agrahari Travels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
